Return & Refund Policy

3.1 Hardware & Equipment

If your espresso machine, grinder, or brewing tool arrives with a manufacturing defect, you have 7 days to initiate a “Fault Report.” We offer a full replacement or repair once our technicians verify the issue at our Islamabad service hub.

3.2 Coffee Beans

Due to the food-grade nature of coffee beans:

  • Unopened Bags: Can be returned within 7 days if the vacuum seal and packaging are intact.
  • Opened Bags: Cannot be returned due to hygiene and flavor integrity standards.

3.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned equipment passes our quality inspection.
