2.1 Technical Precision
Our coffee machines and brewing equipment are sourced from world-class manufacturers. While we provide detailed technical specs (wattage, pressure bars, and grind settings), Brew Bound is not liable for minor variations in performance caused by local water hardness or power fluctuations.
2.2 Freshness Guarantee
Coffee beans are a perishable agricultural product. We provide “Roast Dates” for every bag. Once a bag of coffee is opened, the seal is broken on our freshness guarantee, and the item is no longer eligible for return unless a defect in the roast is verified.
2.3 User Responsibility
The user is responsible for the proper maintenance of coffee machinery. Failure to descale or clean equipment as per the manufacturer’s manual may void your warranty.
